Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Maximo solutions to improve client operations and asset management.
  • Integrate Maximo with existing enterprise systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within Maximo applications.
  • Provide technical Maximo development and integration expertise for client engagements.
  • Design scalable and efficient Maximo systems using solution architecture skills.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
  • Lead teams, manage client accounts, coach junior staff, and oversee performance and delivery quality.
  • Build client relationships, facilitate workshops, and provide Maximo training.
  • Stay current with Maximo features, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 9+ years of experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Master’s degree preferred in fields including business administration, engineering, computer and information science, computer engineering, construction management, management information systems, or related listed disciplines.
  • Proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management preferred.
  • Maximo Integration and Maximo Development skills preferred.
  • Experience managing enterprise integration projects preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and active listening skills preferred.
