Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Maximo solutions to improve client operations and asset management.
- Integrate Maximo with existing enterprise systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within Maximo applications.
- Provide technical Maximo development and integration expertise for client engagements.
- Design scalable and efficient Maximo systems using solution architecture skills.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Lead teams, manage client accounts, coach junior staff, and oversee performance and delivery quality.
- Build client relationships, facilitate workshops, and provide Maximo training.
- Stay current with Maximo features, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 9+ years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Master’s degree preferred in fields including business administration, engineering, computer and information science, computer engineering, construction management, management information systems, or related listed disciplines.
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management preferred.
- Maximo Integration and Maximo Development skills preferred.
- Experience managing enterprise integration projects preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and active listening skills preferred.
