Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Lead DevOps practices, including software delivery automation, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and scalable deployments.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams and lead implementation of software development best practices.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational and client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps is required.
- Proficiency in DevOps is required.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines is required.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code and configuration management tools is required.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability is required.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
