Base Salary
$130k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assess whether the existing Blazor/.NET support module should be absorbed, wrapped behind an API, or re-platformed.
- Inventory legacy portal systems and determine how to expose their data through a unified client-facing layer.
- Define and help implement the platform architecture, including API and aggregation services, data pipelines, identity and authorization, and source-system integrations.
- Make and document build-versus-integrate-versus-replatform decisions for major components.
- Design role-based access control and client data segmentation for executive, analyst, and operations personas.
- Partner with Product, Security/Compliance, and Data teams on regulatory, PHI, and PII requirements.
- Write production frontend and backend code establishing component, API, and integration patterns.
- Produce architecture documentation and decision records, advise on program sequencing, and serve as the primary technical contact during discovery and early delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a principal/staff-level or senior technical lead role.
- Hands-on full-stack delivery experience rather than an architecture-only background.
- Strong C#/.NET experience and sufficient Blazor or comparable component-based .NET framework experience to evaluate, integrate, or re-platform an existing application.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS services including App Service/Web Apps, API Management, Logic Apps or equivalent orchestration, Key Vault, and Azure-managed relational databases such as Postgres or SQL.
- Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta or Azure AD/Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, and SCIM provisioning.
- Experience integrating third-party SaaS systems through REST APIs and webhooks, including bidirectional synchronization patterns.
- Experience producing architecture documentation, driving cross-functional technical decisions, and scoping and sequencing multi-phase technical programs.
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, solve problems, make timely decisions, and follow established processes and protocols.

- Base compensation ranges from $130,000 to $176,000 per year, with eligibility for discretionary bonus consideration.
