Responsibilities
- Translate banking requirements into SAP Banking solutions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Configure and support SAP Core Banking functionality across deposits, loans, business partner, and payments.
- Participate in SAP Banking implementation, transformation, migration, release planning, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, validation, legacy-process analysis, and application decommissioning.
- Work on integrations between SAP Banking modules and external banking applications, including interfaces, APIs, and batch processing.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues, defects, and production incidents.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, production deployment, parallel runs, cutover, and hypercare.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and operational documentation.
- Provide banking-domain expertise and collaborate with distributed business, technology, vendor, and banking stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Banking, SAP Core Banking, or SAP Transactional Banking.
- Strong understanding of banking products and processes.
- Experience in at least one of Deposits Management, Loans Management, Business Partner/FS-BP, or Payments/Payment Engine/Payment Central.
- Experience with SAP Banking implementation, migration, configuration, or production support.
- Understanding of integration between SAP Banking components and surrounding systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with business and technology stakeholders.
- Preferred experience across two or more SAP Banking areas, large-scale banking transformation programmes, legacy-to-SAP migration, banking payments and settlement, account or customer migration, reconciliation, and production deployment.
- Desirable exposure to APIs, web services, REST, SOAP, enterprise integration, banking middleware, batch processing, data migration tools, databases, SQL, SAP integration frameworks, legacy banking platforms, and payment systems.
