Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for API, backend, and system-level testing.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and reporting.
- Develop reusable test data frameworks and provide continuous release validation and feedback.
- Support performance and load testing, identify bottlenecks, and help improve system reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in software testing, automation, or quality engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Preferred: experience with JMeter, K6, or Gatling; exposure to Azure; and basic exposure to AI-assisted testing or intelligent automation tools.
