Base Salary
$220k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce Partnerships infrastructure for deal registration, channel-conflict detection, partner attribution, and partner account hierarchy.
- Develop and maintain Apex triggers, services, selectors, batch and queueable processes, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation.
- Build and own integrations between Salesforce and cloud marketplaces, PRM tools, middleware, and other partner-ecosystem systems.
- Configure partner-facing portals with appropriate sharing, visibility, and license-model designs.
- Use Claude and internal AI development tooling in the build and code-review workflow.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations analysts on data-model decisions that support partner-performance reporting.
- Partner with DevOps on sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and SFDX/metadata deployments.
- Maintain appropriate controls, test coverage, and documentation for an effective control environment.
- Resolve ambiguous problems independently and propose scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow in a production organization.
- Experience building or maintaining Salesforce partner or channel functionality such as deal registration, partner portals, attribution models, or co-sell opportunity management.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms through REST or Bulk APIs, middleware such as Workato or Mulesoft, or direct callouts.
- Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and sandbox-to-production releases with peer review.
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor, including the ability to explain how their output is steered and verified.
- Basic SQL skills and comfort working with a data warehouse.
- Effective communication with sales, partnerships, finance, and engineering stakeholders.
- Preferred: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
- Preferred: Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification.
- Preferred: Deep understanding of governor limits, bulkification, sharing and visibility, recursion control, cloud-marketplace integrations, Workspan, and scaling Salesforce in a high-growth GTM environment.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required, in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
