Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, optimize, and review distributed-system components for scalability and high-volume data retrieval, storage, and processing.
- Build fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, automatic failover, retries, circuit breakers, timeouts, and recovery-oriented principles.
- Implement performance, load, correctness, fault-injection, and brown-out testing.
- Create alarms, dashboards, telemetry, alerting, runbooks, and operational procedures to detect and recover from failures.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues, participate in support rotations and incident response, and conduct root-cause investigations.
- Develop automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code tools for troubleshooting, maintenance, patching, updates, and rollbacks.
- Apply encryption, access controls, security remediation, compliance practices, and current technical documentation in multi-tenant cloud environments.
- Track work, collaborate across teams, solve standard and non-standard problems, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
