Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders to understand their vision and translate business objectives into customer roadmaps.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and create architectural blueprints for complex business objectives.
- Advise on technical governance, platform strategy, data design, integrations, configuration management, and ServiceNow leading practices.
- Review and guide remediation of configurations and customizations that do not align with ServiceNow best practices.
- Guide customers and partners through prescriptive solution design and technical implementation decisions.
- Define platform solutions aligned with delivered capabilities and contribute methodologies, white papers, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of management consulting leadership experience at a top-tier technology consulting company, or experience as an enterprise architect at a Fortune 500, OEM software, or cloud company.
- 5+ years of experience leading architecture and design for large programs.
- Experience as an enterprise or solution architect, with expertise in data modeling, core data design, security, integrations, and configuration management.
- Experience implementing cloud-based systems such as Salesforce, Workday, Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
- Experience working with functional business leaders to identify objectives, develop outcome-focused roadmaps, and guide large consulting or systems-integration organizations.
- Software development background and strong executive-level presentation, communication, and consultative skills.
- CTA/CMA, CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications are preferred; ServiceNow platform experience of 1–2 years is desired but not required.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is expected or valued.

- Base pay is $148,000.00-$232,000.00, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
