Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist with proposal development and scoping engagements for enterprise-level GRC projects.
- Develop roadmaps for complex implementation projects.
- Configure and code solutions for clients' IRM GRC needs.
- Prepare Requirement, Design, or Test Plan documents.
- Provide guidance on using the built solutions to end users.
- Lead sprints to build and refine use case functionality.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer for clients.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in professional services, GRC, and/or ServiceNow.
- Experience with ITSM, GRC, and security systems integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of Security and GRC technologies like ServiceNow and Archer.
- Ability to develop architecture and implementation plans for complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience with multiple implementation methodologies/SDLC.
- Exposure to ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and testing software.
- University degree or college diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
