Responsibilities
- Define, develop, test, support, and evolve software for API Management and Observability products.
- Own features end to end from incubation through delivery.
- Work with technical leaders and architects to create implementation plans.
- Assess application performance and drive product quality, scalability, security, documentation, refactoring, and testing practices.
- Use AI-assisted development, agent orchestration, and code review to handle complex engineering tasks and review generated code.
- Mentor junior engineers, review code, and establish development best practices, tools, and frameworks.
Requirements
- B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, or M.E. with 8+ years of experience.
- Expertise in Core and Enterprise Java and related technologies.
- Expertise with container technologies such as Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Expertise with at least one cloud service, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in RESTful web services and good understanding of React or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of scalable distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Expertise with AI code-assistance tools such as Claude or Cursor and AI specification-driven development methods.
- Understanding of context engineering, token optimization, agent orchestration, and multi-agent workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Desired experience with MySQL, cloud databases, Linux distributions such as Debian and RHEL, OWASP, OAuth, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, and GraphQL.
