Responsibilities
- Contribute as a Senior Python Full-Stack Developer across implementation project streams.
- Build web-based applications using Python and frontend technologies.
- Write unit tests for created software and participate in design and testing activities.
- Deploy web applications to large cloud service providers and support automated deployment.
- Collaborate with international agile team members to achieve project and client goals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial experience creating web-based applications with Python and frontend technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
- Strong experience with Python and commonly used frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming for web applications, with functional programming experience as a plus.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive single-page design, databases, and SQL.
- Experience with React or Angular, cloud development, web services, and APIs.
- Experience with source code management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or another technical qualification.
- Experience with international projects and agile or Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication skills and very good spoken and written English.
- Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, or relevant Python, SQL, AWS, or Azure certifications is advantageous.
- German or another European language is an advantage.
