Base Salary
$135k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and operate scalable, self-healing infrastructure across multi-region deployments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud-native tools.
- Drive AI enablement across engineering and build AI-powered infrastructure tooling and automation using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, MCP servers, and n8n workflows.
- Build and maintain internal developer platform capabilities for self-service deployments, observability, and reliability.
- Develop observability frameworks with Prometheus and Grafana for metrics, dashboards, and alerting.
- Lead incident management, conduct blameless post-mortems, and define and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
- Design and manage multi-cloud networking, including VPCs, IPAM, DNS, cross-cloud connectivity, security groups, and edge-proxy or Istio gateway configuration.
- Collaborate with security teams to embed compliance, infrastructure-as-code scanning, and runtime protection.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to improve team operational capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer focused on reliability, such as an SRE, Production Engineer, or Platform Engineer.
- Experience driving company-wide reliability initiatives, including SLO frameworks and error budget policies.
- Strong proficiency with OpenTelemetry and Prometheus/Grafana observability stacks.
- Deep experience with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, and multi-region architectures.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows such as ArgoCD.
- Experience with agentic development tools including Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex, plus workflow automation with n8n, is a strong plus.
- Networking experience with VPC design, DNS, IPAM, security groups, cross-cloud connectivity, and service meshes such as Istio is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional communication across SRE, security, and product engineering.
- Blockchain infrastructure, distributed systems, or high-throughput RPC experience is a plus but not required.
