Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, stakeholders, and management to integrate software components and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement software development best practices to improve application performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Oversee code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintain system reliability.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and improve development processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for full-stack development.
- Expertise in commerce full-stack engineering with a focus on Java technologies.
- Six to ten years of software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and complex troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, day-shift environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
