Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable services using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
- Design, build, and support RESTful APIs and backend services for digital and payments journeys.
- Develop clean, efficient, maintainable code and contribute to cloud-native application development.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, production services, and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver business outcomes.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Contribute to front-end development using React when required.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms with excellent coding and problem-solving skills.
- Desirable experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, AWS or other public cloud platforms, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Jenkins, and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Payments, FinTech, or financial-services experience is desirable.
