Base Salary
$167k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines.
- Create a storage system for diverse evaluation and performance metrics.
- Construct dashboards and reports to present evaluation results.
- Develop continuous testing and monitoring systems for data integrity.
- Create data mining tools using applied ML techniques.
- Develop data annotation tools for high fidelity labeling.
- Scale data annotation labels with state-of-the-art ML techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
- 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience with large-scale data and building reliable data pipelines.
- Ability to understand and design complex systems.
- Experience in engineering leadership and mentoring junior engineers.
- Willingness to drive technical standards and best practices.
