Responsibilities
- Develop complex conversation flows and logic branching for voice AI Voice Agent and text Partner Assistant experiences.
- Migrate chatbots to the Helix-powered Partner Assistant and build API integrations for internal support systems.
- Develop, maintain, deploy, and support high-quality software through production.
- Contribute to software architecture, designs, standards, processes, and engineering practices.
- Develop product features, participate in workshops, and communicate technical work to product development teams.
- Own workstreams, track progress, and communicate status to the Technology Manager and team.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering and product teams across the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, and other locations.
- Propose and implement improvements that make the team more effective.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of coding experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with AI Voice Agent and IT support platforms.
- Experience delivering high-quality software using established best practices and maintaining quality throughout the software lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate on complex problems.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Critical thinking, good communication skills, and confident Intermediate English or higher.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues and work effectively in distributed cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence customers and team members, plan and monitor work, and adapt to change.
