Base Salary
$235k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship developer-facing agent features from idea to production.
- Own the reliability and quality of agent behavior against a changing, unpredictable web.
- Turn multi-step navigation, action reliability, failure recovery, and agent task execution challenges into clean APIs.
- Collaborate with engineering on the roadmap and product tradeoffs.
- Use the product, review GitHub issues, and incorporate real developer feedback into development.
- Ship, measure, and iterate quickly on product features.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping developer-facing products.
- Experience shipping products, features, or APIs that people actually used.
- Strong focus on developer experience, including latency, output schemas, documentation, and overall usability.
- Ability to own ambiguous problems and turn them into shipped features.
- Comfort working with urgency and operating without fully specified tickets.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not currently available.
