Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.
- Develop and optimize Snowflake data warehouse solutions, including data models, database designs, and SQL queries.
- Integrate Snowflake with data ingestion and transformation tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in cloud data warehouse solutions.
- Document software designs and development processes.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and guide junior team members.
- Work independently and develop subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, including data modeling, database design, SQL, and query optimization.
- Experience integrating Snowflake with data ingestion and transformation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues in data warehouse solutions.
- Knowledge of security best practices and data governance in cloud-based data platforms.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Pharmacovigilance experience is recommended.
