Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical execution across projects from prototyping through dependable production deployment.
- Design and develop full-stack cloud-native solutions and modernize legacy applications into microservices.
- Work directly with customer teams to understand workflows, define requirements, and support adoption.
- Define project scope, plan milestones, remove blockers, and balance delivery speed, quality, and scope.
- Provide technical direction, contribute hands-on code, and create reusable tools, templates, and frameworks.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve developer velocity, quality, and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of software engineering or development experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a technical lead or architect in cloud-native or modernization initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages, such as Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or C#.
- Experience transforming legacy applications, including Java and .NET applications, into cloud-native microservices.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices design patterns.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including technical presentations and stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices.
- Preferred qualifications include professional services or consulting experience, AI-assisted coding experience, UI/UX collaboration, and experience with global or distributed engineering teams.
