Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical execution across multiple projects from prototype through dependable production deployment.
- Design and develop full-stack cloud-native solutions that deliver customer value.
- Work directly with customer teams to understand workflows, define requirements, and support adoption.
- Define project scope, plan milestones, remove blockers, and make trade-offs among speed, quality, and scope.
- Write code as needed to accelerate delivery and clarify technical direction.
- Create reusable tools, templates, and frameworks based on effective development patterns.
- Provide clear direction, follow-up, and execution discipline to maintain team momentum.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve developer velocity, quality, and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of software engineering or development experience, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience as a technical lead or architect in cloud-native or modernization initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages, such as Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or C#.
- Experience transforming legacy applications, including Java or .NET applications, into cloud-native microservices.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices design patterns.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including technical presentations and engagement with business and technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices.
- Preferred experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro OpenCode, or equivalent.
- Preferred professional services or consulting experience with direct client delivery.
- Preferred familiarity with UI/UX collaboration and architecture integration.
- Preferred experience working with global or distributed engineering teams.
