Principle AI Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead pre-sales technical design, customer workshops, whiteboarding, and deep-dive architecture sessions.
- Design scalable Salesforce D360, Data Cloud, Agentforce, CRM, and external ecosystem integrations.
- Map and integrate external agents such as Copilot and Gemini through MCP and A2A.
- Configure conversational and background agents using Agentforce Studio and Agent Builder.
- Lead prompt design, testing, monitoring, iteration, and agent lifecycle strategy.
- Build hands-on prototypes, demos, and proof-of-value solutions with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Product teams.
- Advise on data modeling, identity resolution, batch and real-time patterns, data graphs, activation strategies, governance, and compliance.
- Create thought leadership, technical documentation, knowledge bases, FAQs, demos, whitepapers, and enablement sessions.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and occasionally support post-sale agent tuning and customer enablement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise data, analytics, and AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.
- Experience with prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development.
- Knowledge of predictive and generative AI and the ability to communicate technical value to diverse audiences.
- Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift, including batch, streaming, and CDC ingestion patterns.
- Programming proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, or R and experience with pandas or Jupyter.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Agentforce, D360, core Salesforce services, APIs, MCP, A2A, Salesforce Flows, prompt governance, observability, and monitoring.
- Preferred exposure to conversational voice or multimodal pipelines, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps, Google Vertex AI, or AWS SageMaker.
