Responsibilities
- Design and implement Amazon Connect contact flows, routing logic, IVR, voice, live chat, and written-channel solutions.
- Build and deploy AWS serverless integrations using Python or Node.js, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and backend APIs.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation and support CI/CD-driven deployments across environments.
- Configure Amazon Connect instances and support country go-live rollouts across more than 80 countries and 40 languages.
- Contribute to workforce management delivery, including forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time and historical reporting integrations.
- Partner with client technical teams and business stakeholders in design workshops, solution reviews, architecture decisions, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional programme teams and communicate progress to project and programme managers.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, deployment guides, reusable artefacts, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development or cloud engineering experience.
- Demonstrable experience delivering multiple enterprise Amazon Connect implementations covering design, integrations, routing, telephony, and production support.
- Production deployment experience with Python or Node.js.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Hands-on experience developing and integrating REST APIs and connecting contact center platforms with CRM or backend systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and infrastructure as code.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams in complex enterprise environments.

- Preferred qualifications include Contact Lens, Lex, telephony and number-porting experience; AWS Solutions Architect certification; workforce management experience; global multi-country deployment experience; AWS Professional Services, systems integrator, or contact center consultancy experience; Pega CRM or Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integration familiarity; and regulated-industry experience.
