Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, maintain, and support front-end and full-stack applications for Fidelity’s marketing technology programs.
- Own complete features from concept through deployment while contributing to design, development, reuse, performance, and maintainability.
- Coordinate user requirements, schedules, activities, technical designs, team meetings, and development work.
- Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments.
- Support QA, product release, deployment, installation, and post-installation activities.
- Research new technologies, update professional knowledge, and participate in training and educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams in an iterative development environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of IT experience.
- Graduate-level education is required; relevant certification is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications.
- Experience with state management, UI component development, CSS frameworks, REST API integration, version control, CI/CD, build tools, automated testing, cloud environments, and web performance optimization.
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture, component-driven development, design systems, Progressive Web Applications, Web Components, security best practices, and modern web standards.
- Experience participating in requirements discussions, technical design reviews, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum development.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.
