Responsibilities

Maintain uptime and improve the reliability of LogicMonitor’s SaaS-based service.
Deploy production applications and help ensure the security of the production environment.
Write Python code and automation tools for infrastructure maintenance and deployments.
Support developers and collaborate on operational and architecture changes.
Create thorough documentation and runbooks while developing TechOps capabilities.

3–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
Strong Python programming skills and experience building automation tools and scripts.
Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI-assisted workflows, Agentic AI frameworks or orchestration platforms, and RAG architectures.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, configuration management, Linux system administration, Git, and cloud platforms.
Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef; Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, or similar CI/CD platforms; and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, security, and cloud infrastructure.

The position is based in Pune, India, with work coordinated through LogicMonitor’s Center of Energy model.
