Base Salary
$198k - $420k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, deploy, and optimize large-scale ML systems, including LLM capabilities and infrastructure.
- Lead scalable model deployment and ensure ML solutions meet performance, security, governance, compliance, and business requirements.
- Advise stakeholders and customers, gather requirements, clarify ambiguous requests, and propose solutions aligned with product capabilities.
- Define architectural, engineering, and operational standards and influence technical direction across teams and products.
- Advance MLOps, observability, model governance, explainability, and performance and cost optimization.
- Mentor engineers, guide teams, enable safe experimentation, and promote production-ready ML systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Production experience with AI/ML, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, vector search, agent workflows, and model evaluation.
- Expertise in distributed systems design and large-scale enterprise product architecture.
- Strong programming skills, proficiency with ML frameworks, and understanding of MLOps practices.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in global, multicultural teams.
