Base Salary
$260k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery for qualified STEM opportunities.
- Partner with Research Partners to facilitate technical conversations.
- Translate capability goals into scoped Turing deliverables.
- Build prototypes and demos to validate approaches before contracts.
- Own the POC process from kick-off to scale-up decision.
- Channel GTM-to-R&D asks for STEM opportunities.
- Document processes and build a playbook for future hires.
Requirements
- 5+ years in applied AI, data engineering, or ML engineering.
- Strong Python fluency and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing evaluations for multi-step reasoning or agentic systems.
- Exposure to frontier STEM workflows and their data realities.
- High written communication skills for producing scoping documents.
- Commercial instinct and willingness to be measured on revenue.
