Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, test, and document technical solutions.
- Deliver software features and improvements regularly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and production issues.
- Improve application stability and scalability.
- Create and improve automated tests and code quality.
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
- Up to two years of software development experience is listed as supporting success.
- Foundational and conceptual knowledge of the relevant function or discipline.
- Basic understanding of one or more of Java, SQL, Go, APIs, OpenShift, GitHub, and Python.
- Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and tools.
- Successful completion of a USAA Technology Summer Internship is listed as supporting success.
