Base Salary
$196k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of core workflows and features for the compensation platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Translate customer feedback into technical decisions and product improvements.
- Break down complex problems into actionable milestones and drive them to completion.
- Mentor junior engineers and influence design decisions across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience building data-intensive applications.
- Strong product intuition and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
