Base Salary

$200k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend systems using Flink, Spark, Vitess, and TiDB.
Lead end-to-end feature development from concept to deployment.
Engage with customers and teams to gather insights for system architecture improvements.
Contribute to backend and frontend platform development with various technologies.
Architect and optimize system performance through advanced analytics and data modeling.
Collaborate with data science teams to integrate machine learning models.
Plan and execute the Workflow aspect of TiDB Migration.
Drive CI/CD initiatives and automate workflows.
Participate in shaping the engineering culture and mentor new team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Three years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Proficiency in Python, Agentic Frameworks, Postgres, Redis, and API Integrations.
Experience with LLM Orchestration & Tool-Calling Patterns.
Knowledge of Event-Driven/Workflow Systems Design and ITSM Integration Engineering.
Experience in Scalable Data Modeling and Pipeline Design.
Familiarity with Flink, Spark, and TiDB.
Experience with Java, Airflow, Vitess, Kafka, and MySQL.
