Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build product experiences end to end, from concept through production.
- Lead frontend implementation for complex products, ensuring intuitive user experiences.
- Strengthen frontend foundations by improving performance and maintainability.
- Create reusable systems and patterns to enhance team efficiency.
- Partner with product and design teams to address customer problems with elegant solutions.
- Evaluate and operationalize AI coding agents to improve software development workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Exceptional frontend engineering fundamentals, particularly with large React applications.
- A strong product mindset with a track record of owning customer-facing features.
- Experience collaborating with product managers and designers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bias toward ownership and shipping in fast-moving environments.
- Experience using AI coding agents in daily workflows.
