Base Salary
$141k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core compensation workflows and product experiences.
- Develop features used by compensation teams, managers, and employees.
- Work closely with Product and Design to deliver customer-facing functionality.
- Use direct customer feedback to iterate on the product.
- Own projects and features end to end.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience.
- Experience with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js, ideally building data-intensive applications.
- Strong product instincts and a customer-problem-first approach.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and turn rough problem statements into shipped features.
- Collaborative communication style with PMs, designers, and engineers.
- Execution-driven approach focused on shipping and iteration.
- B2B SaaS experience, particularly in a rapidly growing company, is preferred.
