Base Salary
$141k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core workflows and experiences for compensation management.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to ship features.
- Iterate on features based on direct customer feedback.
- Own projects end-to-end from conception to deployment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience.
- Experience with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong product instincts with a focus on customer problems.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and turn rough problem statements into shipped features.
- Collaborative style with clear communication about tradeoffs.
- Execution-driven mindset favoring shipping and iterating over long design cycles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
