Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-throughput, high-concurrency systems that capture events from client desktop agents.
- Implement privacy and redaction pipelines to protect sensitive client data.
- Model recorded workflows as structured knowledge graphs of business processes.
- Develop coding agents that generate automation software and deploy it into production on client infrastructure.
- Run the complete software factory end to end on a live client and systematize the resulting processes.
- Own product features from design through deployment with real users depending on them.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production software end to end; founder experience may count.
- Hands-on experience building LLMs or AI agents into production systems rather than only prototypes.
- Strong full-stack or backend experience with TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, or similar languages.
- Experience with high-throughput or high-concurrency data or event systems is a strong plus.
- Exposure to Rust, desktop application development using Tauri, Electron, or Windows, or coding-agent and code-generation systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Next.js, PostgreSQL, or Azure is helpful but not required initially.
- Founder, founding engineer, or forward-deployed engineering consultant experience is a strong signal.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
