Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build purpose-specific AI coding agents from scratch to automate supply chain integrations.
- Develop and maintain the infrastructure and runtime platform for hosting and running integrations.
- Own systems end-to-end, from the agent platform through the integrations runtime, with full architectural authority.
- Establish engineering patterns and practices that shape the team’s future direction.
- Work across agentic AI and complex infrastructure product areas.
Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of software engineering experience; candidates with up to 8 years may be considered.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern full-stack product development.
- Have hands-on experience building production-grade AI agents and LLM-powered systems.
- Have shipped and owned complex software products end-to-end at a fast-moving startup.
- Ideally have experience at a VC-backed startup from seed through Series A or B.
- Demonstrate technical depth through shipped software systems rather than only side work.
- Have strong computer science or engineering fundamentals through a degree or equivalent work experience.
- Founding or early-stage 0-to-1 engineering experience at a high-caliber startup is a plus.
- High-agency side projects, especially agentic tools or launched products, are a meaningful signal.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $150,000 to $300,000 USD.
- Fully remote within the United States, with San Francisco, California as the primary anchor location.
