Responsibilities
- Design and ship core platform features across agentic workforce infrastructure, a company knowledge layer, a human trust layer, and a unified operator cockpit.
- Talk directly with users, define outcomes, and own the full cycle from problem definition through production.
- Ship rapidly from the first week and iterate based on direct user feedback.
- Set technical direction for a greenfield codebase with no inherited constraints.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate development and product delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of shipping real products to real users and resolving production issues.
- Broad product-engineering experience relevant to agentic infrastructure and agent-building rather than a narrow deep-tech specialty.
- Ability to talk with users, define outcomes, and ship without waiting for assigned tickets.
- AI-native working style using AI tools to write and ship code rapidly.
- High intensity and bias toward execution; prior founding or very early startup experience is a strong plus.
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco by January 2027 as a firm requirement.
