Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage Salesforce development projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, custom development, and integration.
- Conduct Salesforce platform assessments and recommend improvements.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and secure.
- Mentor and train team members on Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 certification through Trailhead.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
- Experience or capability in Salesforce configuration, custom development, integration, platform assessment, project leadership, and team mentoring.
- Skills in change management, client relations, collaboration, design thinking, executive presence, people leadership, risk management, and storytelling.
