Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the optimal agentic AI architecture for Board Assistants.
- Optimize prompts and configurations to improve output quality.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks for agentic AI architectures, prompt structures, and LLM mixtures.
- Configure Board Assistants for flagship FP&A, S&OP, and Retail Planning solutions.
- Work across product management, solutions, UX, and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience in software architecture and engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, Generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering practices, techniques, and evaluation frameworks.
- Proven experience implementing, configuring, testing, and evaluating GenAI and agentic AI systems.
- System integration skills, particularly with LLM integrations; Azure experience is a plus.
- Ability to balance innovation with legacy system integration and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
