Base Salary
$127k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, and orchestrations for Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Snowflake.
- Implement error handling, observability, reusable design patterns, guardrails, fallbacks, and recovery mechanisms for scalable and reliable workflows.
- Architect multi-agent systems with tool selection, planning loops, state management, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Design and automate RAG data flows, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector storage, reranking, evaluation, and data quality safeguards.
- Operate AI systems through prompt and response tracing, cost monitoring, evaluation dashboards, documentation, A/B testing, and model comparisons.
- Write modular automation, integration, and data-transformation scripts in Python, Ruby, SQL, or JavaScript.
- Apply data governance for lineage, security, and retention, and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and version control.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in integration, automation, AI, or software engineering, including 1+ year of hands-on Workato experience.
- Expertise with enterprise iPaaS platforms such as Workato or MuleSoft and experience architecting complex enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on programming experience with Python, Ruby, or similar languages, including API-based systems development.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG technologies such as Pinecone, Snowflake Cortex Search, and pgvector.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts, agentic architecture, and enterprise AI workflows.
- Experience with GCP or AWS is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence or Lucid is preferred.
- Workato Automation Pro, Foundations, or SnowPro certifications are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, independent execution, innovation, governance, and reliability skills are required.
