Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Retell's voice agent platform.
- Become an expert on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting.
- Build full-stack integrations with enterprise tools using Python and JavaScript.
- Partner with sales to gather requirements and present system designs.
- Scope projects, resolve blockers, and provide concise updates.
- Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
- Translate field feedback into actionable product recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Open to occasional international travel.
- Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
- Experience delivering production systems in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in writing production-grade code in Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their user experience impact.
