Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Retell voice-agent projects from prototyping through production
- Build full-stack integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other enterprise systems
- Develop expertise in voice AI solutions, including LLM prompting techniques
- Partner with sales to gather requirements, create prototype demonstrations, and present system designs
- Scope projects, resolve blockers, communicate progress and risks, and align teams
- Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components
- Translate customer and field feedback into product and go-to-market recommendations
- Embed with enterprise customer teams to drive adoption
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience delivering production systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Production-grade coding ability in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language
- Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience
- Ability to manage risks, drive execution, and maintain momentum under pressure
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally, for customer engagements
