Base Salary
$184k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and improve machine learning models for the Home feed and Shortcuts experience.
- Design, build, and ship personalized recommendations for millions of users.
- Develop content recommendation systems for AI-powered user experiences.
- Train and optimize large language models using advanced techniques.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers on experimentation strategies.
- Drive A/B testing and continuous optimization of recommendation quality.
- Enhance ML platform capabilities and data pipelines for personalization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in recommendation systems and large-scale content discovery.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch.
- Experience with large language model training and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with large-scale inference systems and their challenges.
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with online experiments and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of distributed machine learning workloads and orchestration technologies.
