Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of scalable backend services using C# and .NET.
Architect and build complex, responsive frontend features using React and TypeScript.
Guide design discussions, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural leadership to development squads.
Collaborate with product managers, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver features from conception through deployment.
Establish engineering standards, promote clean code, and champion software development best practices.
Use AI-assisted tools to optimize workflows, automate testing, and improve system reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize high-scale applications for performance and security.
Oversee CI/CD pipeline integration, cloud infrastructure deployments, and automation efforts.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster technical excellence.

At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
Expert proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core and .NET 6+.
Strong hands-on experience building complex frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
Experience architecting APIs and microservices and working with SQL Server and non-relational databases.
Understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, testing strategies, and Git.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive successful project delivery.

Full-time position that is 100% remote.
Must be comfortable working East Coast hours.
