Responsibilities
- Review requirements and business functions for quality and testability.
- Create and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks using Python across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Design automated test frameworks, data-driven execution approaches, test cases, and test design techniques.
- Improve test automation processes and tooling, including CI/CD pipeline practices.
- Develop test strategies and plans covering regression, integration, end-to-end, and manual testing.
- Identify, analyze, mitigate, and escalate potential issues, conflicts, and risks.
- Collaborate on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and implement assigned deliverables.
- Train and mentor junior team members in automation and testing expertise.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a QE or Agile environment focused on technical automated validations.
- Very good Python coding skills, including use of GenAI tools for test case generation and coding.
- Strong QA or development background delivering well-tested software into production.
- Experience implementing and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Undergraduate degree in Technology.
- English and French bilingualism required for regular business with Canadian partners and employees.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
- Preferred: experience working with models, developing or testing AI frameworks, and working with cloud technologies.
