Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, and related automation.
- Build and maintain observability, monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and distributed tracing capabilities.
- Support platform reliability through automated testing, performance tuning, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Integrate security and compliance practices into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
- Develop scripts and automation for infrastructure provisioning, builds, and application deployments.
- Manage cloud environments, virtual machines, containers, servers, and related infrastructure resources.
- Administer Linux and Windows systems and manage JBoss, Apache, and RabbitMQ environments.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and CI/CD, including GitLab CI/CD.
- Practical proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience administering Linux and Windows systems, including patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing JBoss and Apache application servers and RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, VMware, networking concepts, and cloud or on-premises environments.
- Exposure to Java and scripting with Bash or Python.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, or comparable observability tools.
- Relevant AWS or Kubernetes certifications, infrastructure architecture experience, strong collaboration skills, and enterprise IT experience are preferred.
