Responsibilities
- Monitor application systems, respond to alerts and emergencies, participate in on-call duties, conduct system health checks, and optimize performance.
- Ensure operational design, processes, and data management comply with privacy, data protection, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage application system changes, version control, release operations, and rollback strategies.
- Design and implement automated operational tools and processes while optimizing infrastructure and resource allocation.
- Provide business architecture feedback and maintain operational technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud services products and application operations.
- Familiarity with cloud platform deployment and management, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with automation operations and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
