Responsibilities
- Design, build, implement, enhance, and support the Insight product with the program team.
- Develop enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET stack and associated frontend, database, and Azure technologies.
- Collaborate with teammates and architects on requirements, architectural approaches, code reviews, and solution improvements.
- Apply quality practices, unit testing, inversion of control, and Shift Left principles throughout the development lifecycle.
- Address impediments, meet sprint objectives, troubleshoot product issues, and support software development practices and architectures.
- Use AI coding assistants to accelerate individual and team development.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of full-stack engineering experience developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise web applications with the Microsoft .NET stack.
- Experience with ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, React or Angular, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and n-tier architectures.
- Strong grounding in object-oriented programming, inversion of control, and unit testing.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for work item management and Git for version control.
- Experience conducting code reviews and collaborating on solution improvements.
- Experience using an AI coding assistant such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AI-backed business features or agents, and SharePoint development.
