Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code for the Payments Platform.
- Participate in or lead design reviews and select among available technologies with peers and stakeholders.
- Review other developers’ code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing effects on hardware, networks, service operations, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or one year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Two years of full-stack development experience across backend codebases such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ and frontend technologies including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS or equivalent.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
