Responsibilities
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with CIOs, CDAOs, enterprise architects, and technology leaders across Singapore Government agencies.
- Lead strategic conversations on data modernization, AI transformation, analytics, governance, and digital innovation.
- Design end-to-end architectures covering data ingestion, integration, storage, governance, analytics, business intelligence, and AI workloads.
- Architect secure and compliant solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Azure AI Foundry, Power BI, Microsoft Purview, and related cloud services.
- Deliver executive briefings, envisioning workshops, strategy sessions, architecture reviews, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Guide customers on responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance for regulated public-sector environments.
- Partner with account teams to qualify opportunities, support technical pursuits, influence decision-making, and contribute to business growth.
- Share best practices and reusable architectures while mentoring peers and contributing to technical readiness programs.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or cloud solution engineering, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions.
- Expertise in one or more areas including data platforms and analytics, data warehousing and lakehouse architectures, business intelligence and visualization, data governance and information management, artificial intelligence and machine learning, or cloud data modernization.
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading customer-facing technical conversations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred experience with Singapore Government agencies, statutory boards, or highly regulated industries.
- Preferred expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Power BI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Purview, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Preferred understanding of public-sector security, governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Preferred experience leading architecture design workshops, consultative engagements, AI or analytics programs, and enterprise data transformation initiatives.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications and experience with design thinking, innovation workshops, or business value consulting are preferred.
