Responsibilities
- Review and reconstruct architecture for transaction, clearing and settlement, risk control, accounting, channel management, and cross-border payment systems.
- Identify architectural defects, performance bottlenecks, security risks, scalability issues, and cross-border payment risks, then implement end-to-end remediation plans.
- Develop medium- and long-term technical architecture plans covering system layering, service decomposition, technology selection, middleware governance, payment-channel adaptation, and multi-region compliance.
- Translate product requirements into technical implementation plans and coordinate delivery across product, R&D, testing, and other teams.
- Improve R&D efficiency through technical standards, toolchain optimization, automated testing and deployment processes, and microservice governance.
- Design high-availability, high-concurrency, data-consistent, secure, compliant, and disaster-resilient payment systems.
- Develop emergency response mechanisms and mitigate exchange-rate, clearing-delay, and cross-border data-transmission risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of system architecture design experience in the financial payment field.
- Experience in payment companies, fintech companies, Internet finance enterprises, or bank payment departments.
- Deep understanding of payment processes including transaction initiation, routing, risk control, clearing, reconciliation, and refunds.
- Experience designing or operating cross-border payment systems and familiarity with SWIFT, CIPS, overseas local payment channels, and multi-region compliance requirements.
- Strong distributed-system architecture experience, including microservices, distributed transactions, high-concurrency processing, caching, and message queues.
- Familiarity with Java, Spring Cloud or Dubbo, MySQL, Redis, and Kafka or RocketMQ.
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with payment-license systems, cross-border payment architecture, large-scale payment-channel integrations, or multi-region compliance policies is preferred.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS, Netlink and UnionPay specifications, Anti-Money Laundering, and Know Your Customer requirements.
- Strong cross-team communication, coordination, ownership, and execution skills.
