Responsibilities
- Design and architect Graph+GenAI solutions that meet complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
- Gather customer requirements, understand data landscapes, and translate business objectives into graph-based AI solutions.
- Develop, test, deploy, and optimize production-ready AI applications integrating graph databases, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Manage customer project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, issues, and timelines.
- Collaborate with customer executives, technical leads, partners, and Neo4j cloud partners to deliver consulting services.
- Provide technical guidance, workshops, training, documentation, and enablement for customers and internal teams.
- Share field insights with Product and Marketing teams and contribute to methodologies, thought leadership, and published assets.
- Maintain current knowledge of generative AI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing enterprise-class applications.
- At least 2 years of experience working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and application integration.
- Hands-on proficiency in at least one of Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Experience deploying software on Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, with proficiency in Git and SVN.
- Practical experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of generative AI orchestration frameworks and cloud AI offerings.
- A strong foundation in data engineering, data analytics, or data science, including experience with big data technologies and SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Deep understanding of graph databases, data modeling, and query languages, with hands-on experience using graph databases or triple stores.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for customer engagements.
