Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and engagement managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure, first-party data management strategies, and pain points.
- Lead technical assessment and consultation sessions to identify opportunities for bespoke solutions while accounting for industry-specific data constraints and business cycles.
- Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, reusable technical specifications and solution designs with a clear path to media activation.
- Provide technical-product oversight during implementation to ensure Engineering’s build remains aligned with the customer strategy.
- Collaborate with gTech Engineering, Solution Experts, and Measurement Experts to coordinate service delivery and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with system design or reading code, such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems or commands.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform products such as SA360, DV360, or GA4, or Google Cloud services.
