Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable services and applications using C#, .NET Core, React, TypeScript, Redux, SQL, and Azure.
- Develop end-to-end features spanning data modeling, API development, backend services, and user interfaces.
- Translate designs and wireframes into reusable, high-quality frontend code.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, perform load testing, and maintain quality, security, performance, and reliability standards.
- Participate in architectural design and technical decision-making for complex systems and cross-functional initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers while promoting scalable engineering practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
- Improve development practices, tools, team culture, and technical processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ownership within a software development team and proven backend development experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Strong frontend development skills with React, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Strong understanding of API design and integration, algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Experience with Azure services including App Services, Entra ID, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Service Bus, App Insights, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, SQL, NoSQL databases, and time-series databases such as InfluxDB.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and a strong record of mentoring and developing team members.
- Experience with Ionic, Angular, or hybrid mobile development is a plus.
- Familiarity with Material UI, SASS, Webpack, Babel, NPM, and modern ECMAScript standards and tools is a plus.
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems is a plus.
