Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to align with business requirements.
- Manage software releases and support application stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Serve as an SME, collaborate across teams, and contribute to team and project decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Order Sequencing.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing packaged or cloud-based software applications.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and maintain application stability.
- Familiarity with software release management and version control processes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with A&D Aftermarket is preferred.
